This product is only available to members of the Rental Property Owners Association (R.P.O.A.).  This service is GRPC's "Cockroaches: 6-month treatment" offered at a lower rate to R.P.O.A. members.  If you are not a member of R.P.O.A., please select one of our two other departments for cockroach service. 

*Important Note:  When ordering or pricing this service, you must count each of the following areas as two (2) rooms rather than one: 

1. an unfinished or partially-finished basement 
2. any room exceeding 200 square feet in area 
3. an attached or detached garage 
4. a pole-barn or large out-building
