Grand Rapids Rapids Pest Control provides a full-year guarantee on the treatment of carpenter ants with no invasive monthly treatments.  Once the initial treatment has been performed, the customer may elect to renew treatment the following year and every consecutive year thereafter at 1/2 initial-treatment rate (based on the currect price at time of renewal).  Our service provides a guarantee through December 31 of the year of treatment. 

*Important Note:  When ordering or pricing this service, you must count each of the following areas as Two (2) rooms rather than one: 

  1. an unfinished or partially-finished basement 
  2. any room exceeding 200 square feet in area 
  3. an attached or detached garage 
  4. a poll-barn or large outdoor building
