Important Ordering Information |

Many of our services are ordered (and priced) by the number of rooms in a residence. For these services, please calculate room-number in the following way:
- Count all rooms in the residence including finished-basement rooms, as one (1) room
- Count any room over 200 square feet as two (2) rooms
- Count each of the following as two (2) rooms, if they are to be treated, unless they are already charged separately: a) a partially-finished or unfinished basement b) an attached or detached garage c) a pole-barn or large out-building
- Use the sum you obtain to determine which product to order:
-Example: an 8 room house with a detached garage, where one of the rooms (the family room) exceeds 200 square feet, would total as follows: 7 regular rooms + 2 rooms (family room over 200 feet squared) + 2 rooms (garage) = 11 rooms total. Thus, this service would be found under the "11-Room Residence" product category.
